&#8211;<em><strong>Caroline Uliwa- WiMN Member, Tanzania<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cAs a Journalist, better balance means giving women the opportunity to work like their male peers, without any prejudices,\u201d- <em><strong>Eleanor Ayuketah- WiMN Member,<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGender equity means equality, fairness and a balance in treatment of women and men, according to their respective needs, Balance is no longer an aim but an &#8216;expectation&#8217;
